The standard services or inclusions that are in our trip packages are the following: – Pickup and drop-off to any place in Dubai and Sharjah on our standard company vehicle – Complimentary water and light refreshments onboard – Complimentary fishing gear, baits, and lures – Free electric grill and cooking condiments for grilling your catch on all yachts except on the 33-foot fishing boat – Full insurance for everyone onboard

A regular cruise from the Dubai Marina and around the Palm Jumeirah takes two (2) hours. Since our rates are on a per hour basis, you can request for a longer cruise especially when you want to swim or snorkel in the seas of Dubai after seeing all the iconic landmarks like the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis The Palm. Fishing trips run for minimum of four (4) hours. It takes at least 15 to 30 minutes to get to the deep sea where the fishes are abundant. Fishing also takes longer as we need to check the fishing gear, patiently wait for the fishes to bite, and eventually cook and eat your catch onboard the yacht.

Booking ahead is always ideal. During the peak season from October to early May, we recommend that you book at least 3 to 4 days before your trip. Let us know all your requirements so we can prepare a great trip for you.

Yes, you must carry your identity card or passport during the trip as per the local regulations.

We recommend that you dress as per the occasion. Casual wear, beachwear, or swimwear is preferred by most. If you are cruising or fishing during winter, you should carry additional scarves or sweaters to battle the cold winds. On your way to the marina, wear clothes that are mindful of the local sensibilities.

As per Dubai Port and Customs regulations, all yacht charters start from the Dubai Marina Yacht Club in Dubai Marina. This beautiful man made lagoon is the home of our sports fishing boats and luxury yachts.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the trip starts. You can get acquainted with the yacht or the fishing boat, marvel at the magnificent Dubai Marina Yacht Club view, take some pictures, and generally, get prepared for your trip.

From the Dubai Marina where your yacht casts off, you are treated to stunning views of the tallest residential and hotel buildings in Dubai. Your cruise sails out towards the Dubai coast where you see a line of pristine golden sand beaches leading up to the majestic Burj Al Arab. Your yacht then glides around the Palm Jumeirah Island up to its zenith where the mythical-themed resort-hotel Atlantis, The Palm stands magical as it faces the wide open Persian Gulf. Views of other hotel properties on the Palm like the Zabeel Saray and the One and Only Palm are a few other spectacles you can see before your cruise heads back home to the welcoming arms of Dubai Marina.

All cruising trips from the Dubai Marina Yacht Club have standard routing. It starts from the lagoon, and in a two-hour trip, sails past the beaches of Dubai towards the Burj Al Arab and around the Palm Jumeirah crescent where Atlantis The Palm sits. For fishing, the boat goes to the deeper waters of the Arabian Sea.

No, we don’t serve any alcoholic beverages as per the local and federal laws. However, guests can bring their bubblies and enjoy it on our yachts. We have chillers where we can store your drinks and serve it when needed.

Yes, we provide fresh and clean bath towels. However, for hygiene conditions, we recommend that you bring your own towels with you.

Yes, we have an excellent music system onboard our yachts. On our 85-feet royal yacht, the entire sound system is powered by Bose Speakers. We suggest that you bring your choice of music in a USB drive or CD, and we will gladly play it for you. We also have a docking station to play music stored in your smartphone.

Yes, all our yachts are complete with modern fishing equipment. However, we request our guests to inform our reservation executives that you would like to do fishing during your cruising trip so that live baits and other fishing needs can be prepared for you.

Although we have state-of-the-art fish-finder on our fishing boats and yachts, catching fish is not guaranteed. Choppy sea waters or rough weather can make fishing difficult. Fishing is generally unpredictable, and there is no 100% guarantee of getting fish during the trip

You can either take the fish home with you or request our crew to grill it for you onboard. Enjoy your catch any way that you want.

All our cruising yachts undergo regular preventive and predictive maintenance. In accordance with the strict regulations of the Dubai Port and Custom Authority, our yachts go for full maintenance once a year. All the gauges and other systems onboard are calibrated, and fire and safety equipment are checked for validity.

As per local regulations, we carry fully stocked first-aid kit. Our captain and crew are well-trained to administer first aid when the need arises.

The entire trip is comprehensively insured. It covers the boat, the crew, and guests onboard.

Seasickness is a very common occurrence among our passengers. We have over-the-counter anti-seasickness tablets onboard in case the need arises. You may also bring your own tablets if you suspect you will get seasick during the trip.

We have a Cancellation Policy that states clearly that, in cases of bad weather and with advisory from port authorities, the trip needs to be cancelled. In these cases, we will work with you to reschedule your cruise or you will be refunded the cost of the charter.

If you want to cancel your pre-booked trip, you need to give us a 24-hour notice and your entire booking amount will be returned to you. However, please keep in mind that last minute cancellations will create a great deal of inconvenience to all, and you may not be reimbursed the full amount.
